Yoga is an ancient Indian practice, it is a fully tested system of process for change, which effects the physical body, the mind, the emotions and the spirit. Through yoga we can transform ourselves, starting by working with our bodies and focusing in on the breath, then into meditation which works directly with the mind. With the mind quiet and the senses withdrawn we are focused inwards; it is this gradual focus inwards that can lead to a state of inner peace. Yoga is a truly transformational practice for both the body and the mind.
Yoga is for everyone, whatever size, shape or age. You don't have to be flexible to do yoga, in fact, if you are not flexible, then yoga may be especially helpful for you!
